The offerings are what you expect and hope to find at a good BBQ joint! The BBQ sauce is flavorful and barely tips toward the sweet sweet side of scale. It is delightful on the pulled pork, chicken, brisket, and ribes. The portions are filling. The side dishes are varied and tasty! My favorite sides are the baked beans and fried okra! We did door dash so I can’t comment on the inside dining experience but what I can say is the smoked wings were the best I’ve ever had. I had the spicy bbq drizzled over them. My wife got the Alabama white sauce drizzled and a side or Carolina mustard sauce for dipping, she said hers were the best she’s ever had too.

What a fantastic barbecue joint!!!! Having lived close to KC, MO, I know what good barbecue really is! Maude's is excellent!!!! The portions are huge, the flavors are amazing, and the prices are reasonable! Definitely worth the visit!!!Food: 5/5
