I had never tried Puerto Rican food, but I was blown away! So many incredible flavors and unexpected ingredients.I ordered the Queso Frito and the Vegan Jibarito. The Queso Frito was delicious. The guava sauce on the side was really interesting--I love guava with savory tastes--and I tried it with the mayo ketchup, as well, and then I tried them mixed together. The cheese has a great bouncy texture. I'd compare it to paneer or halloumi.The Vegan Jibarito came out while I was finished the fried cheese and it is HUGE! Bright space with plenty of seating. You order from a QR code and service was quick. Any size shareavle sample platter depending on hunger level and group size is advisable since you get to taste several of the apps which were good. The sorullitos had the right amount of breading which contrasted nicely with the creamy corn interior. The mini cheese empanadas were excellent with the small side of guava sauce. I ordered the ropa vieja rice bowl and it had a generous amount of meat which I appreciated. Dining is informal and I recommend getting there earlier in the eve than later since it started to get busier.

Had a craving for PuertoRican food today and searched my Google maps? decided to give Mayo Ketchup a try. Even called ahead to make sure they had Malta India which they did. Service was welcoming and very friendly. Concept was awesome, offerings were generous to say the least but most of all delicious. My wife is vegan and had many options to pick from.
