Mcalister's Deli - Reservar uma mesa

I had one of the worst catering experiences of my life w/ this location. Our baked potato bar for 17 was 90 minutes late, they got our order mixed up and gave us things we didn't want. The amount of toppings were so skimpy (I was told corporate set the standards) we didn't have enough for 10 let alone 17. Trying to get the food sent in error and a discount for the 90 minute delay has been a nightmare. I'll still eat there but I doubt I'll use them for my catering needs.

the drive thru takes forever. several times I was here and the line lasts 15 minutes or longer. today's visit lasted 28 minutes to get a sandwich. that is unacceptable. eating is really good, but too often it is wrong, and almost always it takes my entire lunch break to get food.

I like mcalisters. I was only there twice, but holy cow, absolutely everything that looked incredible! I was kind of sad what I ordered. it was delicious, but I wanted to try everything else! I will come back absolutely, not only eating great, but also the personal!

very slow service. they let the door the people jump in the snake. I understand that I'm short of work, but don't take their frustrations on customers. super rude. I had twice haare in my food. there's always something missing. will not go back.
