Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

The customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. My family and I frequently visit this McDonald's, and unfortunately, about four out of five times, we experience poor service. It seems that there is an issue with employee training, particularly in handling stressful situations and treating customers with respect. During our visit for breakfast yesterday, we noticed a homeless couple sitting near us, which added to the overall somber atmosphere. Additionally, it's disheartening to see the children's play area closed for such an extended period. This area of the city already lacks safe and enjoyable places for kids to play in the heat, and it's truly unfortunate that management...

I placed a top order around 5 o’clock, but the store was closed. I went to the entrance and noticed employees inside. I called the business, and one of the workers told me it would take about 15 minutes for them to open the store; she mentioned someone was late for work. This experience felt very unprofessional.

A few weeks ago, I went to get food and chose the drive-thru, but the line was way too long. I decided to go inside, and that turned out to be a huge mistake. It was gross and disgusting. There was sweat, urine, dirt, and grease everywhere. A Circle K restroom is cleaner than that McDonald's.

it is a mcdonald’s experience, so they are probably aware of what to expect. I've never walked in personally before, but I can say that you propulsion staff aren't the kindest. order is abrupt and often incorrect, so make sure to read the screen and double check that it got it right.

What your basic McDonald's is supposed to be. Clean, fast service, professional and polite. Food was hot, fries were crispy, can't ask for more really. Good crew.
