Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Unbelievably incompetent, unfriendly and inconsistent McDonald's on the planet. At least 4x in the last year out of about 12 visits, they have left items out. The last time was in early June. Left out a crispy chicken sandwich which is a $5 item. On an $18 order. Really poor experience. And they never thank you for your business and just want you gone. I drive an extra 3 miles away to go to the one in north San Ramon. Way better than this one or the one in Dublin, which is also unfriendly.

Pluses: Safe neighborhood, clean lobby, plenty of parking in shopping center. Neutral: Restroom requires asking for code, not messy, not clean. Bad: completely ignored by staff, who walked away after giving me restroom code and only returned to call out numbers for pickup orders. Left after waiting 6 minutes at empty register without my order taken. Walked to Dairy Queen.

This McDonald's was recently remodeled. The driveways, the sidewalks have been adjusted. The driveways are so narrow that many people daily damage their tires or puncture their tires on a poorly designed drive-thru. Management team refused to help refuse to offer any assistance and treated me like a pariah. AVOID This McDonald's at all costs if you value your car

Drive through hours are inaccurate. It's hours are the same as dine in hours. Came multiple times and my experiences including the one I had before typing this reflects that. If you need food near/after 11 go downtown dublin and hit the jack in the box. Thus one does have convenience of being just off the freeway so hit it in a rush

I had a great experience here this morning. There was no line going through. The cash register was fabulous. The coffin was just $ 1.00. Good work.
