Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

One of the more lower end establishments of the well known restaurant chain. My visit here today was a exercise in mediocrity at best, the level of customer service was pitiable. I arrived and placed a curbside order, pretty standard fair. But after 30 minutes of waiting I received a status update on my order stating I received it.Upon arriving inside to investigate the matter, I 'm informally met with an irate manager who went out of her way to tell me that the Curbside Ordering was a inconvenience to them due to being understaffed. We stopped at this location on our way to Florida. Rude staff. They did not give my son his coffee and two apple juice containers. We had to return. They glared at him at both windows for THEIR error. We drive away, and they gave him the coffee and no juice boxes. They gave him a sausage biscuit instead. Seriously! It was not worth the hassle to go back. There is no work ethic and good customer service anymore. Receipt #1327. KS#13

Taking the 2nd lanes order before those in the first lane who have been there. It's absolutely the same with McDonald's. It doesn't matter what location. Lousy Customer Service. PERIOD.

Incredibly long wait. I was the only vehicle in line. I waited over 15 minutes to get my food. And when I get it, it was cold.
