I'm sorry if I could give minus stars, that would be the closest maccas for me if I could come to plumpton and back without my eating being cold. I order the exact same thing, every week 1 mcfavorites box1 big mac2 quarter pounders1 mcchicken it comes with 10 nuggets I order also 1 cheeseburger with speck. for the drinks2 koks2 sprit and a large vanilla thickshake. that is it, it is not difficult complicated order or speciality burger or minus these add that the half of this extra, but every single time items missing, 1 day she gave me a bag that had only 1 thing in it that I ordered, how can they make soouu many mistakes. tonight was the best thing they have ever done, no mix on eating yay,...

if there is a competition for the slowest maccas service in the world, this store would win and there is no doubt about it. the staff are disorganized, we observed it first in 2018, and now 4 years later, still remains the same even with different staff.

this mcdonald’s gives hotel california vibes. You can enter, but you can't go. probably the slowest mcdonald’s in the southern hemisphere. not sure how to eat tastes because I got a refund and left to wait after 25 minutes.
