Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I order ahead on the app and swing through the drive thru to pick-up frequently for lunch. The employees are very nice and the food (even the ???? is fresh and hot. Would be 5 stars but, the inside of the restaurant could be a bit cleaner. That's why Iuse the app and drive thru. Perhaps this message will reach the managers????

the service is really bad i went today with my son and i was waiting for almost 20 minutes and nobody said anything about i had to order in the machine they were talking and looking to the people in the line and nothing ,so i decided lo leave without order is horrible

The kiosks are unable to receive my payment. I tried to pay at the register but the staff redirected me to a the kiosk. I left without my order.

My food wasn't fresh for it to be so early in the morning. My coffee was made perfect. The customer service was good as well.
