This is my neighborhood McDonalds so we order from here often, they are ALWAYS either giving drivers the wrong order or bagging the order incorrectly, forgetting to put something in the bag, and or completely messing the whole order up. I wish you could pick different locations to order from because I am so tired of dealing with this with them!
Overall, the experience is positive if you visit during the day. However, the late-night staff seem to have issues and appear to play games with orders if they're having a rough evening. I ordered a plain Double Quarter Pounder, but this is what I received. When I called to address the issue, they acted as if they didn’t understand English.
