Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I don't eat fast food often. Rarely. But once in a while I want it. I went to this location off Woodward by 13 Mille. I went inside to order because I wanted to eat outside. I've never been I to a robo McDonald's. No soft drink machine, condiments, not even napkins in the dining area. I ordered a single cheeseburger, med fries, small drink, dine in. The girl behind the counter didn't seem all there. I ended up with a two cheeseburgers meal, small fry, med drink. In a bag. I didn't say anything. It was more expensive. I would've ordered the dollar menu and faired out way better. I took it outside to eat. My fries were hilariously cold. I had to fix that. I let the girl know and she said ok. T...

I live pretty close to this location. Although I'm not a big McDonald's eater, on the occasions we happen to get some, this has been the location closest, and apparently it's been just long enough that we forgot what happened last time... Over the last few years. Even though we only occasionally order here, the orders are pretty consistently wrong. We've taken to using the McDonalds app, and that helps, but there's still a lot of inconsistency. When something goes wrong, if you want to call and discuss it with manager on duty, they do not answer the phone. As near as I can tell, not ever. The employees often seem to be having a good time, which is fine, but perhaps to a point of distraction...

They shorted me a quarter pounder deluxe with cheese! They never offered my receipt because I paid cash probably and then they asked me to pull up to the rail. She brought the order out and dropped it in a flash...didn't even have a second to check my order. Get home! Guess what! I'm missing items! They never pick up the phone!! Trash!

Awful. Staff is not friendly. My partner and I occasionally go for ice cream and each time they short is. This most recent time the ice cream wasn't up the top of the cup. We ordered extra fudge and there was barely even the regular amount. Honestly, we'd rather drive to 13 Mile even though we live closer to this one.

I walked in right behind an employee, the employee locked eyes with me and instead of being friendly and holding the door or speaking to me, she kept walking and made sure the door closed behind her
