Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Extremely BAD customer service. Who ever is working the window to take orders on sep.6th 2020 at 11am. Ignored us as customers after she said she was ready for us to order, then argued with me when I tried to place my order at the pay window in order to keep the line moving. Never took my order instead kept taking other cars orders even after we waited through the line. Im 100% sure corporate office will like to hear about our experience as we were visiting from out of town. If you can't give customer service its as simple as finding a job else where.

Usually I don't even eat McDonald's but for some reason I wanted a big Mac and this is what I got. This is terrible all the sauce is on the side and the bun was upside down and I requested for extra sauce. One more thing there is barely any lettuce on it. So I'll just keep cooking at home?

Waited in drive-thru for over 10 minutes from the time I paid to the time I got my food. I had ordered unsweetened tea and they gave me sweet tea when we got our food it was not even hot. I live over 3000 mi away in Oregon and that is the worst McDonald'sI have ever been to

We know what McDonald's tastes like but its the service that matters pulled into a huge line that was knocked out in minutes the food was prepared decently tho my big mac could have used a little more love.

Took a really long time to get my pickup order. Not staffs fault it was drive through only and the line was wrapped around the place but still not worth waiting on fast food for half an hour.
