After a 25 minute queue at the drive thru, My online order placed through the app was canceled as the clerk said they didn't have enough people to work with. all my family who made in-person order had food and I didn't. if the app allows you to order,why does the restaurant choose whether to do it or not? lack of organization and training for its employees

Horrible service the line was long and didn?t move I was in the line in the same spot for 10min all I wanted was a hash brown before I went into work so I went inside and nobody came to the register to attend me or the other people in line. The kioskswere out of order. Now I came into work with an empty stomach and all I wanted was 1 hash brown.

There are some great people that work here. The nighttime manager Cary is very accommodating and polite to customers. She will even come out from the BOH to help FOH with orders to make sure the customer is satisfied. Website hours should be changed toreflect actual lobby hours. Thank you!

Burger was swimming in grease although that seems to be the norm for McDonalds in the USA shame I can remember when they were better than UK. If I had been served this in UK I would have demanded a replacement or a refund. Terrible

People is really rude, and they were fighting all the time in front of the costumers and that was the reason why My order delayed 25 minutes. I had to asked for My order that was not ready yet ????
