Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Very frustrating. If the night team can't handle the two Drive-Thru Lanes, they should shut down one. I'm waiting on the outside lane while five cars were on the inside lane. I had to call her on the phone, I let her know there was a problem. Definitely language barrier. Then I have to go up and back to the other track to be waited. Once my order has been taken and I have been raised this time, five cars have been in front of me and 13 minutes later. I asked for a manager and it wasn't good. He asked the employees for sauce and forgot. Everything in all terrible experience. And the fries aren't even warm.

Usually the service is great, but this time they got orders wrong. It seemed like they gave me the order. They gave it back, got their right order. They gave me what I swear, the same bag they gave to the first car, a great food service, no. I asked if the same bag was, there was hesitation without answer, but I couldn't definitely prove it.

Nice service. They should test their soda machines occasionally. The last few were terrible tasting....can not tell the difference between coke and Dr. Pfeffer
