Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I waited for half an hour in the car thru, just to knock on the window and with a line of cars behind me. I am usually patient and understanding when it comes to customer service, that was from this world. The staff was just talking and not even dealing with orders. That was the manager. That was very frustrating and when they came into the window, they asked us what!? With attitude and said they didn't even know we had an order... Seriously!? What do you think we waited so long? I wasn't gone when you took my money. And to finish it after spending over ten dollars, they didn't even take our order right and forget two things for my son who was most important for the order we had. I will neve...

A standard McDonald's, very rarely mix an order. All security procedures are followed. However, their hours can be varied and they often close at different times then published online or in the store itself.
