Went to this McDonald’s on 301 ridge last week I had ordered 2 for 6 deal, but they had charged me a regular price and didn’t give me the right food, I said this lady with a fishing tattoo that she had my order wrong, but not only I told her that I told another worker and she didn’t hear that I went back to the register and it was like this girl with purple hair and I was eating her right! Honestly, from your seniors
I have received a great customer service today. I ordered by drive thru, and this young lady name Brianna O. asked me if I took the mobile app, took my order, repeated herself and was exact with my order. I come to her by saying she offers great customer service and with great enthusiasm. This is what all employees should do, because that brings us back to McDonalds.
