Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

we've been through the road. our burgers were warm and chewy. our koks tasted as if they had died. koks, the only thing that was taste good was our milkshake. I called and told them about my order and the dame gave me the option to either come back today or they sent a voucher that we didn't want to get credit, and we didn't want to come back today. Why should I come back the same day, why should I come back the same day. as I hang up, I hear the lady on the phone say lügner. so unprofessional. uggghh

Placed an order on the app, checked in. Waited 20 minutes and had to flag down an employee. She says they never got my order even though I entered the parking spot number and have confirmation from the app. Can't say that I trust using the app anymore. I had no problem authorizing the charge on my credit card though. Employee wanted me to go through the drive thru to see if they could find the order. Big nope after waiting 20 minutes.

I never had a problem. the personal is friendly. keep them sucking at the hall street and utica park blvd
