McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

What I want to know is why McDonald's employees would replace items on a job and say nothing? I had ordered a 40 pieces of spicy chicken nuggets, but was surprised to find 38 sharp and 2 regular nuggets in one of the containers. This order was at 10:40 and all nuggets seemed old and dried out as if they were cooked hours ago or they were Nuggets yesterday. What a great disappointment!

They are always super fast, very friendly, and the only time that I ever had a problem is when they forgot my children sweet-sour sauce, Lol. I always stop there when I have to work and my children have to pack something right quickly and they are always fast and great!
