Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I hadn't eaten at McDonald's in 10 years. My expectations were low, but the experience was even worse than I remembered. Everything was cold and some items were burnt. The meat patties on the Big Mac were surprisingly small (were they always this way?). The service was not quick and the prices weren't even that cheap. I gave it 2 stars because the employees were nice. I can't understand how this chain continues to make billions of dollars annually. I recommend eating elsewhere.

I'm aware that it's a stereotype to criticize the intelligence of McDonald's employees, but they really make it seem true. Asking for no cheese seems to mean "please add cheese" to them, and when I asked for two apple pies, they only gave me one. It shouldn't be that hard to count to two, guys. The only positive thing I can say is that they are fast, but maybe they should slow down a bit and focus on getting orders right.

I hate reviewing fast food places like this, but here I am...My wife and I have been here probably 30 times or so for breakfast or dinner over the last year. Of those times, our order has only not had something wrong a handful of times. We constantlyreceive wrong drinks, wrong items, wrong orders, ice cold food, barely-blended Frappuccinos, and customer service reps that areborderline disrespectful and gross.

Sitting in drive-thru 5 minutes finally I say good morning the person says may I help you at the speaker and then completely stops answering again after another 3 minutes waiting since I was running late just had to leave. There was plenty of staff andonly one car in the Drive-Thru at 4:00 a.m. definitely need better management.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. A few weeks ago, I thought it was due to a fight in the parking lot, but that's not the issue today. When I ordered a double Quarter Pounder with cheese, I received a single patty and cold fries. It seems like they are not putting in any effort anymore.
