Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Whenever I visit this McDonald's, I am consistently disappointed by the quality of the food and the staff. My order is often incorrect, straws are forgotten, or the food is not prepared properly with too much salt or lacking sauce. The wait times can also be excessive, even surpassing the expected time. As a former McDonald's employee, it is evident to me that regulations are not being followed. My most recent experience was last night at 10 p.m. when the fries were overly salty to the point where my fiancé could not finish his portion and I struggled with hypoglycemia after only a few bites. Horrible! Don’t eat at this Mc Donald’s. Please go to another one. They throw your food at you thru the drive thru window as if they are mad and the food was cold and tasted terrible! I don’t usually have time to leave reviews but I just had to make time because they ruined not only my meal getting it incorrect but the whole entire visit there was one of my worst experiences at a fast food restaurant. I will call corporate first thing Monday morning. WOW they finally answered the phone after I called several times and I couldn’t get a word out before they hung up the phone. SMH

Worst experience at McDonald's. We were forced to use to kiosk because we were ignored for 5 minutes at the register. Then because I only had cash we were ignored again until I gave up after waiting patiently for 15 minutes eventually giving up and taking my money elsewhere. I'll never return to McDonald's again.

I received the incorrect burger. It seemed like they didn't care to give me what I actually ordered, and instead just gave me whatever they had. It was frustrating to pay $10 for a meal and receive a $5 one. Rating for the food: 1 out of 5.

I enjoy coming to this place in the morning. The staff at the drive-thru are always friendly and efficient.
