Mcdonald's - Reservar mesa

During my trip back to Berlin, the Flix bus made a stop at this restaurant for a break. I was quite surprised by how popular this self-service dining experience was, complete with a large touchscreen for ordering. However, I found the food to be rather underwhelming and lacking in flavor, almost resembling something that was difficult to chew. I suppose the venue is popular because it has a lively, playground-like atmosphere. On the bright side, they do have a barista coffee bar with reasonably priced drinks, and I appreciate that they offer free access to the restroom. Overall, I would rate it four stars. Thank you!

This McDonald's location really needs to learn how to provide good customer service. I visited today and noticed five employees behind the counter chatting with each other while four customers waited for five minutes without anyone taking their orders. Once they finally took my order, it took another ten minutes to receive it. When the food was finally ready, nobody called out the order number for customers to pick up their meals. I was very disappointed with this experience and I won’t be returning to the McDonald's on Foothill Boulevard. Thank you.

I usually have a good experience with my orders from McDonald's, and I frequent this location often, but today was disappointing. The Dr. Pepper I received tasted like it was diet, the hash browns seemed like they had been microwaved from the previous morning, and my Egg McMuffin was hard and chewy. I hope you can improve the quality of your food.

You shouldn't expect too much from a McDonald's. It has a drive-thru, is conveniently located, and provides free restrooms and Wi-Fi. There is ample outdoor seating, but the indoor area is somewhat limited, which can make it feel a bit crowded during the winter months when people typically prefer not to sit outside. My orders have always been incorrect; they've only got it right once out of three attempts. It might be time for management to make some changes. The employees seem overworked and stressed, which contributes to a negative atmosphere. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing.

The burger was dry and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, there were no apples available. The pies arrived three hours after the expected serving time. The bottle of water was fine, but it's disappointing to see a lack of employees who care about their work.

A genuine home away from home. The service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Plus, the Big Mac tastes just like it does in the USA!

The fries are always cold and excessively salty. Even when there’s no one behind you in line, they still ask you to pull forward.
