Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I was there last Sunday May approx. My sister and I went straight to the self service machine to order large fries and McFlurrys. Not only did they lose our order, the fries given were unacceptable. Over cooked and half the portion...than normal. There were staff members who were rude, careless and others very helpful. The atmosphere was chaotic, delivery drivers were waiting for so long that food arrived but drinks didn’t. So they were chasing staff for incomplete orders. Our order was pending on the screen. My son hadn't had a Mcdonalds in ages, and kept asking when he would be able to have chicken nuggets from McDonald's again. So on the way back from shopping, my mum and dad thought they would suprise him by bringing him home a Happy...meal with chicken nuggets. They queued for a long while in the drive thru, then finally got served. When they got home, my son was so pleased to finally get his beloved chicken nuggets, only to open it up, and find a happy meal with a cheeseburger in instead, (which he doesn't like). we order from this page because we have no other choice and every time we order something, there is always something missing. the last was the worst experience of all time. we bought total meal times by eating only and eating the one portion. we got the happy food. no other fries were destroyed! After they wanted to complain, they don't even offer the missing items and tells us to pick them up. I mean, why would I order if I ever went there? that's the worst Mcdonalds service. and we call each time to complain and they promise that it will not happen again, but guess what!? it happens again and they have the boldness to tell us that we will be righteous, although it is not their fault.

The drive-thru was very busy so I decided to park and go inside to place my order. The order number before mine was called out and I ended up waiting for several minutes. The half of my order was sitting in a pocket for at least ten minutes while I watched the staff preparing flatbreads for the drive-thru customers. All I ordered was a sausage muffin, a single muffin, and flatbreads. I took my order home, which is only a short distance away, but I had to use a microwave to heat up the food as it was not warm. Unfortunately, I am only giving one star as I am not pleased with my experience.

The staff here is extremely impolite! They mistakenly gave me the wrong change and order in an attempt to cheat me. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee even rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly corrected it. Service is also quite slow.
