I don’t like to give too much advice on a Fast Food restaurant because flow management and work is complicated and I’m aware of it. Now we had a complicated experience where our meal was served in the room, it took time as we were not many in The restaurants, in the middle of the week, and the food was overall cold. As soon as a team member is alerted to the fact that she has something hot, she shows us that she has a doubt about what we say and only takes into consideration our request after insisting that it was really hot.
