Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

It is the third time that an order is served to me wrong when I pick it up, this time I am going to show it because once I get home I either eat it or throw it away. So be careful with this Macdonalds to the intolerant and allergic who do not care what you ask for. I understand that the staff is over exploited and underpaid, but the end customer is not to blame. I ask without onion and they serve it with it, other times even in the one without sauce they also put it for me. I have asked for zero coke and not only do they not mark it on the lid, but they put normal coke, so they have a bad service, no, worse and as it is said in other observations they skimp on kepchup, napkins and every time...
