Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

The food was fine, but it was wrong. I ordered a double cheese burger with no pickles. I got light pickles and no onions. I ordered nuggets with no sauce, and was given sauce.In addition. It took 10 minutes to get my food because the person at the counter deleted my order from the screen and forgot about me. Two people who ordered after me got their food before they figured it out.On top of this, there was a staff member mopping the floor where customers were standing he mopped over my shoes with dirty water twice.This location is a joke.

Went through drive through the day the 15 cents a bag thing came up. Obviously this situation is not on the workers. (Thanks Edmonton) but when I asked “sorry they’re 15 cents now?” Because I was not aware this was happening, I was responded to with anger and sass. I understand they probably had a bunch of people yell at them over something that wasn’t their fault, but it was uncalled for. When I received my order, my iced coffee cup had a BIG crack in the bottom, and I didn’t notice it was leaking all over my car until I got to work.

I went through drive thru and had polite service and the person who brought my order after being asked to park at the front was kind and nice. The whole no bag , 15cents for a bag thing is weird, as they bring out your food in a plastic thing ,and you reach in to get it...so sanitary probably not ...but maybe they will figure out a better way. This location likely has its ups and downs dye to the people who hang around outside. I had a good experience with staff and my zesty lime wrap tasted fresh and my fries were as they should be.

Took them 4 times to make my sandwich correct, mc crispy bacon deluxe with regular lettuce not shredded. Seems pretty simple right? Guess not for these people. Took them 4 times and over 10 minutes to get it right. Each time staff didn't apologize or anything for wasting my time or at least offer something for their gross incompetence. Who ever owns this store just know the staff here are embarrassing

Panashe was working the drone through window. He was so friendly and pleasant and his customer service was impeccable. In a day and age where these qualities are running low, he was beyond what I would normally see. Thank you for putting a smile on my face today Panashe.
