Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

We were at Orly on 21st Jan and preferred to eat at Mc Donalds as we are well aware of its menu. The digital order tablets (huge hanging screens) are a scam for any card you use as it charges the money to your card for the order you made but never places the order. We paid twice with our multi-currency card and for which we received sms also from the bank. When showed this to the manager incharge, they said it is a regular issue with cards outside France. Even if i paid twice i had to still pay in cash separately to have my order. So in short i paid thrice the amount for an order. Twice on card and Once in cash. Order screens have options for languages, but the English page is not accurate as the descriptions are not fully in English but seem to be a combination of French and English. It doesn't even refer to a Big Mac as a Big Mac. Very limited meal options, and no vegetarian options. Fries were cold, and burgers were dry. Very disappointing! Worst McDonald's ever. Surely McDonald's can do better.

McDonalds in the US is far superior insofar as the food. The restaurant was clean, however. There was just not much beef in the hamburger and the fries were cold. The service was very nice.

No surprises when we talk of this chain. But, you are in France, they open the breakfast service without having milk. Black expresso, croissant and water....

Good service, very clean , reasonably priced on the first floor, an actual haven of peace from the noise of the departure area
