McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

We thought we would quickly go through the drive thru and what a mistake!! Not just us, but cars after us were all asked to pull over and our order would be brought out to us. Needless to say, the small parking lot of...the mcdonalds was seemingly full of cars waiting for their orders to be brought out to them. And it only took about minutes!! If this is the norm for this particular location, it is amazing the franchisee keeps their mcdonalds franchise.

Can’t even rate this place, the dirtiest ! Worst McDonald’s I have ever been in!!!!!!!!!! There was no one at the counter, had to wait forever to order,!!!!! took ages to get our food , the tables were dirty, the floors were filthy, and I...don’t even want to get started on the abhorrible condition of the washrooms!!! I will go hungry before I will ever stop there again!!! A very disgusted customer!!!!!!!!!!

We stopped for breakfast on the way from Kelowna to Lake Louise. The McDonalds was clean and had a familiar menu. We had the Big Breakfast which consists of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and an English muffin. Unfortunately the eggs seemed pre-cooked but the...rest of the breakfast was what I expected.

I have visited this McDonald's location for a few years now, and they were once known as the slowest in the valley based on my past experiences. However, today I stopped by and quickly grabbed a few coffees through the drive-thru. It seems like they have made some improvements.

Where's the manager for this place? Judging by the service, it's seriously lacking in management oversite. Most of this staff should be fired or at the very least, retrained so that they can recognize what a customer looks like and how to act accordingly.
