McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

After waiting for more than 20 minutes on the window after I had already paid, I received my order. I thought after waiting so long, my order would be good. After driving Away, I checked and missed an article, and when I opened my mcchiks, it had Habanero sauce instead of the regular sauce. I couldn't eat it because I don't eat spicy food. I wanted to go to the store, but it's closed for walks and the site was around the building to complain. It would have taken an hour to get my order. My son got honey as his diving sauce instead of a sweet and acidic, and both my children got outdated happy meal toys. My children were very disappointed and I too. I have visited this location several times as it is the closest to me and frankly today will be my last visit. With two small children it is next to impossible to go in so we use the drive thru. They have NeVER filled the...order correctly and at each visit I am forced to unload my kids and go in after waiting in a long drive thru line to have my order corrected.. I cannot figure out what the issue here is. Even after dealing with a manager the level of customer service is sub par. DO NoT visit this location unless you have nothing but time on your hand in order to wait for them to figure out how to correctly fill your order.

Can be here for a quick bite and the service was too fast. The manager gave me my food before the order was completed. 2 other people on the counter were also pissed. He also neglected to give me my apple juice for my son. I won't be back! EVER

The two words that best describe this location are slow and incompetent. Bad mistake prone service and you are typically more likely than not to experience something, something regrettable and unwelcomed. The food is bad the service is worse!

My family and I ordered bacon and egg bags and they give me simple bagels. There were no excuses offered and was said to wait. Not happy with the service. Raquel
