McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I am not big on McDonald's and I generally avoid the chain for the very reasons most have written about for this location. But maybe ignorance is bliss in my case. I was out in this part of Ontario this past weekend and got off at this exit to head north toward Peterborough. I had been driving for a few hours already and wanted some breakfast and spotted this location right off the exit so I stopped in. I really hate the new layouts McDonald's uses, it make me feel like I am in a Service Ontario location waiting to get my license sticker renewed than in a restaurant but I tried it anyway. this is the 3rd time visiting this McDonald's. each time i had a problem. order wrong all 3 times. today i ordered a plain burger, came loaded, ordered gravy, they said they didn't have a cup to put it in but failed to say anything and i guess they thought i wouldn't notice i didn't get it. slow, slow service. however i must say,Tori the GEL (guest experience leader) was great. she fixed all my problems. i have never heard of a GEL at any other store, but the need one here and Tori is good at her busy job!! the man beside me had to wait for his burger (as i did as well) was offered 2 pies for his trouble, i was offered nothing, even after jokingly asking for mine. they snapped at me and said...

I've been to this location 3 times. First 2 times had horrible results in drive thru and contacted head office regarding my issues following my complaint was a letter asking me to try again . So this time I came back and tried sitting inside. Brutal , service is ****. 8 ppl standing around behind counter, supervisor chatting with staff, pick up a broom or start helping your staff. I will not be coming back . Look at all the reviews on this mcdonalds and ask yourself, is it worth coming here. ??? Lazy, slow staff, cold food . Don't waste your time and money. No sense complaining online, they are not going to change anytime soon. Senior management from head office needs to come watch for thems...

This place is the biggest joke in town, whether you are an employee or patron nobody takes this seriously. 10 minutes min wait time for a coffee while these unapologetic employees dance around and laugh in the back in front of the manager (who does nothing) and then they screw that up too!!!!This isn't the first time this has happened, and I hear about this all the time from other locals as well. This is by far the worst/slowest/most useless McDonalds I have ever seen. This place is an absolute train wreck, come on McDonald's corporate!!!!!! Do something about this stain on your reputation.
