There is a manager at this restaurant with a Spanish accent and dreadlocks who has been working there for a few years. He displays extremely poor customer service, especially towards other people of color. Whenever my order was incorrect or my food was served cold, he was the one responsible. Upon complaining to him, he displayed arrogance and dismissed my concerns, making me feel as though I was trying to receive free food. Today was the final straw for me, prompting me to write this review.

I don't mind ordering and waiting at a restaurant. But when I specifically request sweet and sour and honey mustard sauces with my 20 pieces of nuggets and you confirm my order saying "yup", I expect my order to be ready in a timely manner and with the sauces I asked for. It was disappointing to receive my order without the sauces and to find out that it had been sitting out for a while. Please don't deceive me.

In the Drive-Thru line at 7:00 and the line was extremely slow. We have the window to pay in the lady who ran the window was hispanic, could not sneak a touch of English, and had a terrible time to find out what order our was. I finally had to move into the second window and take a manager my payment and we were in the Drive-Thru line for almost 20 minutes, which is ridiculous

Horrible experience. Did curbside. Waited 13 minutes before walking up to drive through window and asking girl where order was. All she could respond was we don't have any people. When I finally got my order, drive through line wrapped around to other side of building. No apology or anything. Just a we don't have any people.
