McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

It was Monday Morning in Batemans Bay and on Mondays there are very few places that open for Breakfast , so we decided to go to McDonalds , a place that we would not normally eat at , however , needs must ! On entering...we began looking for a Menu Board to see what they had for Breakfast . This used to be up above the Counter however the Boards were still there but did not display a Menu . We asked a young lady where the Menu was and were quite rudely told to go and use the Kiosks . Never having used a self serve Kiosk and never wishing to , I informed her that we don't do Kiosks She replied , So , what do you want I replied well we can't see a menu so we don't know what you have ? i went through McDonalds Batemans Bay on my way home and we went through the drive thru and we met such a loving young lady named Lillian...she made sure that our order was right before we could even have the chance to drive down to...the cashier window, when we got down to the cashier window Lillian did a beautiful job to make sure that it was still correct. Overall i reckon that Lillian should get a payrise, better hours or becomes a manger she has AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL customer skills!! You guys taught her right McD's!!!

Excited to get new schnitzel burger looked great on the pic with coleslaw etc. When i got to my destination and open box there was this slapped together chicken thing with no coleslaw. Not happy. Thanks maccas batemans bay

As nice as the staff can be I find the lack of caring about presentation appalling. When you buy a caramel sunday the lack of topping is equivalent to half a tea spoon of flavour. Not to mention these sad ice creams.

I had to wait a couple of minutes too long for my soft serve cone but when I finally got it, it was a lot bigger than average.
