Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

The staff at this restaurant completely made my day better. My father had been in the hospital with a heart attack and then sepsis. He is doing well now, but it has been a very stressful week. I stopped at this restaurant on my way to visit him, and the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. They didn't even know what I was going through, so their kindness was completely sincere. Thank you for brightening up my difficult day.

Kinda impersonal. Altho welcomed when we came in; I had to reset my phone bv to let my McDonalds app work, and was told by the administration to use the order kiosk I find very impersonal. I want to order and in fact a person seems to be a cold machine! Older employees were nice and helpful. The young man who took our order was also nice. Fries were TOO over; salted and ordered from 2 large pommes, we could NOT eat 2.

Friends and I made jokes that this is the best McDonalds on Earth. This site has been open for decades and consistently offers excellent services. In the very rare case that an error is made with an order, they immediately fix the error without question. The drive thru can sometimes be busy, but it always moves fast.

My wife and I always receive excellent customer service and perfectly prepared fresh food at this location. We have visited countless times and have never had a bad experience. Thank you, Hellertown McDonalds!

I order two mc chicken sandwiches and ordered it with,No Pickles. Well, I opened my sandwiches and the only thing on my sandwiches was Picles, except they were pretty good.
