Mcdonald's - Reservar mesa

the worst thing I've ever been. self-serving kiosks were down. my six-headed family was behind a group that turned and told me they had to wait at least 15 minutes. a few minutes passed and they went. we waited a few more minutes. my man asked a hired behind the counter, if they could take our order, said this hired that we probably passed another 5 minutes and nothing. the place was dirty, every single table was dirty, the fountain drink station was disgusting. half empty and full cups simply sit, lid everywhere, no straw, the sweet tee was out, counter covered with soda. I had to use our baby towels to clean a table for us. our food order was correct and tasted good, but I wouldn't go back...

This store is owned by franchise named FF&G . Avoid them at all costs. Me and another customer stood at front counter for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take order. All self order kiosks were down. No excuse when you have 3 employees outside smoking and 2 people idle on food line. Talked to a employee outside who joked they had multiple health issues as well. Guess it's only a matter of time before they get shut down. Followup: Customer in front of me yelled obscenities and left after waiting he claims for 20minutes. I'm about to leave as well. Edit: left after 30 minutes.

eat good as expected (although in my short time here someone brought a drink something terrible wrong with. When the order arrived, I asked for drinks and was told I'm just going to eat, they have to get their own drink. When I said about the one behind me, he knew and face-printed, I wasn't the only one who found it rude. as an applicant asked about the manager, it was the same woman who explained something along the lines of the layer manager. maybe a bad day, but. and why do they ask for dine or persecution if everyone just gets the bag pushed on them without a tablet?

Last 2 times I've been here I've had to clarify my order several times and it was still wrong. It used to not be that bad of a McDonald's but at this point I'll not go back to pay 9 dollars for what used to be 6 dollars and it's the wrong food. Second incident at this restaurant location. First was an over cooked hash brown (little if any white of the potato left) full of oil. Today was a dried out, hard biscuit on a breakfast sandwich and two Danish pastries were tampered with inside the box. All through the drive through. Avoid this location.

with a distance the best mcdonald’s in st. charles grafschaft and St.louis they are nice and funny and they eat. wait for them to eat it is actually not old heat lamps. it is hot and fresh as the advertising. their order can be wrong everywhere. if you don't check before you have a chance.

Worst place ever. It was a bug that was blended or chopped up into my frappe and there was also a small strand of hair in it. You could see the wing of the bug in the picture I took. Very disgusting will be calling corporate

Just spent 20 mins at the speaker waiting to give my code for a mobile order. Then pulled around and they were all in the dancing and goofing off. Great World we live in now. They were not short staffed.

If it let me do 0 I would! They gave my excited 5 year old a box of ketchup instead of chicken nuggets! Have gotten every order wrong 5+ times. Same with zumbehl. My kid cried!!
