Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

McDonald's can never get an order right!, even when it's only for 2 people. Sandwiches mushed down and flattened, missed toppings and hardly any topping when they did give you some of them. They handed me a bag and said have a good night. I pulled away to check the food and had to walk up to the drive through window because they didn't even give me the fries that went with the meals. On top of that, fries were nasty and tasted like they hadn't changed the grease in weeks.

I come here to lunch, place is very hectic I have understood it at lunch hour, but if they order within to make sure that they were entering, that was not mine and did not tell me what order number when they call out my order, so no one knew what was and then the ladies start to speak in spanish: "it is just standing they do not know what was behind the counter,"

the personal does not entertain the customers and does not solve our requests properly. had a terrible experience in the night-puck-up, even after the order and pay for my order when I went there to pick up my order, they said: "there is no pickup available “ they must go on a vehicle for a ride thru ” and they let me cancel my order.

very bad customer service. wait like 30 minutes to get food. they are rude there for customers. At some point they command in register, usually not and will not come to save her life. after they get attention there and say they only need to use the kiosk machine! smh
