"I usually enjoy this location, but I've noticed they've been charging extra for nugget sauces lately. I understand an extra charge for requesting multiple sauces, but for a 6-piece order, it should come with 2 sauces by default. I ended up being charged extra just to add a second sauce. Honestly, 2 nuggets can easily use up 1 sauce. Wendy's gives you 2 sauces with a 4-piece order, so I think I’ll just go there instead. This is pretty unreasonable."

I had a terrible and unsafe experience during curbside pickup. The employee assisting us was wearing such a strong cologne that we had to throw away our wrap immediately. We had to ventilate our car and wash our hands twice, yet the scent lingered strongly. It's all captured on camera, and it triggered a bad migraine for me. I called the manager to express my concerns, but I was told that no employees wear perfume, which I found to be an untruth, making me quite upset.
