Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Generally we have really good service here, however, today I stood at the counter waiting an unreasonably long time for literally just an empty bag to take our leftovers home in. It 's not that they were just busy and didn 't see me... No, I was completely ignored by several workers who walked by me doing things. Listen, I work in a very high traffic retail environment and even with multiple tasks happening at once, there 's never not a time that we don 't take a moment to look at people waiting or walking in and acknowledge that they 're there, even if it 's just to say we 'll be right with you. No one manning the front counter, intentionally ignoring people waiting... Just doesn 't seem li...

It's quite refreshing to find a McDonald's with a working play place. I'm going to have to say it seems that the workers care there. It was clean, modern and the food was well.. McDonald's food, but was above the regular standard I've grown to expect. So, it's definitely a step up. Sadly, I wasn't exactly thrilled they don't have a fountain machine for soda refills in public areas. While not a complaint, it seemed awkward and unexpected to have someone deliver all parts of the order to the table.

Wonderful customer service, but while waiting for food, an employee was being served a write up in the public eating area. The manager that was giving the write up was also being rude to another employee that was trying to clean the area. As a manager myself, that felt really unprofessional to be serving a write up to an employee in view of customers.

I was astounded by my pooping budy, although he ate all the toilet paper and that caused some problems...

It was a good McDonald's. It was clean, and the food was above average this time.
