Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

There were 8 people working (that we could see), 1 car in the drive thru and 3 in the establishment. Food was cold, fries were cold and weren’t salted, barely any lettuce. Weren’t given our cups so we said excuse me (everyone was in the back)and asked for cups the staff person didn’t even look at us, walked over to the cups and handed them to us without looking at us or saying anything. Didn’t even respond when we said thank you. Overall we felt like we were bothering them for being there.

Theres an issue every time i visit this McDonald's. Horrible customer service, and sat in the drive through for almost 20 mins and once i got to the window my food sat there for another 5 mins while the drive through lady chatted with another coworker instead of handing out my food. Worst McDonald's around.

If i could say 0 starts i would they are all disrespectful every time i go there they alway mess up waited at the window for 10 minutes to have them answer the other one 3 times

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! the manager was so rude after I informed her that I watched one of her staff members spit in my food. Someone needs to call corporate immediately!!!

I asked for cook to order food and it still came out cold… was told the fries just came out when they didn’t! So had to wait for them to make fresh food!
