Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Sadly, I can't give this McDonald's a good rating. 9 out of 10 times, my order is wrong. And it's my fault for continuing to go back. I keep hoping that it will get better. I do appreciate that they support the schools and their employees. I just wish that they had employees who seemed to care about what product they were sending out. There are a couple of employees who are complete rock stars. The rest just seem to have a lackadaisical attitude. I usually go in to order to try to alleviate messed up food. It takes forever to get anyone's attention to take my order. And when they do, they seem put out.

this mcdonald’s hands down is the best around. the people are always nice and have amazing customer service. the food is mcdonald’s food so it’s about as good as it can get but when we go there it actually feels like they care about the people. we usually go through the drive through, the ladies we usually have are the best and deserve the best. Parking: all the parking options

I went in at 845 pm waiting in the lobby until 851 pm 2 people looked at me but didn’t say a word. After 6 min no one even acknowledged me or offered to take my order. This is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. Upper management/ owner needs to address this with their employees it is very unprofessional.

Younger man with curly black hair with glasses provides the absolute best customer service I could ever imagine.
