Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

This is one of the McDonald 's that doesn 't let you get your own drinks now. (By the way, apparently this new policy seems to also extend to not being able to get your own napkins either. Since I finally had a chance to experience this with the family, I have now determined that I will be seeking out only McDonald 's that don 't have this new policy (I have two nearby . The worst part about it is the fact that the employees hide in the back--when I went to get a refill, I had to wait a good five minutes before anyone came to the front. McD 's employees have been doing this at various locations for a while now with the new kiosk ordering. I figured it was just unnecessary due to the new tech...

I got lectured by the employee in the drive through, over the intercom, for switching my mcdoubles to double cheeseburgers. I was told they already started making the mcdoubles.... I'll wait.... are you laughing yet..... ADD A PIECE OF CHEESE!!!!! ALSO, after being told about myself from this individual, lady in the window/ intercom, they pull me out of line to wait for my order. Every car left the parking lot before they then took 4 more minutes to bring out the food. The girl that brought the food out was super nice so I guess it ended well. Good for her. Shame on the establishment for letting employees speak like that and treat customer's like that!

We waited at the counter to ORDER and was COMPLETELY ignored. After 12 minutes with 3 employees walking by us and ignoring us, we used their stupid order machines. And then the food was not that good. Visiting from Texas, where we are never ignored at our McDonald's!!!!!!!

Staff can sometimes be very rude and a couple of times food would come to me cold. Still a good location to go to for somewhere quick but not to be expected as a top tier location.
