Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Went to this McDonalds drive thru tonight 8/8 at 815 on Boren street Huntersville. after waiting in line for 10 minutes, they gave me the wrong order . I gave it back and they told me to pull up and wait. I waited 10 minutes and I went inside. I asked if my order was ready and they all looked at each other like they had no idea of what I was talking about. The workers inside were laughing talking like they were having a party. I waited another 10 minutes. My order still wasnt made. I asked for a refund and left. The manager wasnt helpful at all. He should ensure that his staff are professionals in a workplace . I still have mot received a reversal on my credit card.

They have gotten my order wrong every single time. Do not order through Doordash or other 3rd party. This is the 2nd time my order was canceled due to McDonalds’ system. Do yourself a favor and order from another location or a different restaurant all together. Extremely disappointed.Service: 1/5

Curbside. Why offer if nobody wants to do? My order was sitting. I had to walk in and get it. 7 people serving drive thru and my order is just sitting getting cold.Food: 4/5
