order meal on the screen there wasn't many people there at all and the staff were waiting for fries to be cooked and overheard a team leader say that 10 mins it to long to be waiting for fries to be cooked when our order...was finally ready it was lukewarm as they had put it under the lamp to keep it hot and member of staff that served us was rude to my daughter as we had ordered extra sauces to go with our meal to be told that the sauce is just on your left .put the strawberry lemonade drink that my daughter ordered was already half slushy and she said that it didn't taste very nice even though she has had it before this is one macdonalds i will avoid going to .service too slow rude staff

I bought a cheeseburger, a BigMac meal and a chickenburger. the 2 people eating cheeseburger and bigmac still have diarrhea, beginning just after eating the burger. these 2 have the same kind of meat that one eating the huh had no problem. the chips were terrible, cold and old while we waited for the food, I could see in the kitchen, the witness rushed around everywhere, but my main concern was that they didn't wear any gloves at all. I am sure I am other mcdonald’s. I have seen how the personal prepares the burgers in gloves. Anyway, we still suffer ever since, and after this experience we will avoid the whole chain, this was enough.

I had a birthday party in buildthebear and organized the eating of mcdonalds. the personal (linda? apologise to me if I don't remember the right names) and the management was helpful in a big order, stickers on the happy meals. it was emphasized for free and helped me with the logistics between the workshop and mcdonalds. they even brought the big job to the ground. I understand how busy it is on Saturday, so great thanks to them all those who worked on 21st september.

Spent 50 minutes waiting for burger, chips and tea yesterday around 14.00, along with many other customers. The restaurant was completely overloaded and eventually had to shut to clear the backlog. The staff were doing their best to be helpful but all anyone wanted was...the correct food. As a final insult the burger and chips were not good.

probably the best manager I have come to sort a small problem for me with real interest mc donalds look at jake the manager his customer service is second to none
