Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

this special mcdonalds location, 1872 e stroop rd kettering, ohio, consistently declares that their ice machine is broken at the moment, I only called this place on 2/20/2022 at 10:20 clock to ask them whether it was up and down. they said it was. I immediately drove to this same place to order mcflurry and who said it was in the car it must have broken quickly. I told him I just called and said it actually works. he told me he was the manager, and with a few expletives, the only one who answers the expletive phone! I honestly cannot believe that this company manager hires to talk these wisely about a drive thru and has mcdonald’s not much money to repair an ice machine good enough that cons...

I just came from the Stroop restaurant drive-thru. 1) person who took the order not only messed it up once but twice. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal WITHOUT CHEESE AND WITH EXTRA ONIONS. What I got was Cheese and NO ONIONS. I admit that yes they were busy but when I got up to the window to get my order, I saw three employees standing around and the manager yelling at one of them for losing a order. If I was the owner, I would have shut the place down and fired the lot of them. For my trouble I got ice cold fries and Chees on my hamburger and I HATE CHEESE ON HAMBURGERS. I guess that I'm going out to Walmart or up to Wilmington from now on.

too bad negative stars is no option, I would make it for this location. orders are never correct, even if they check it on the loudspeaker and BOTH windows, they do not get what they have ordered. eating is always cold and has been sitting for hours. most employees are rude and/or stone. they don't waste time or money here. tired for dinge pay that I don't get.

best mcdonald’s by far every time when I have ordered from this mcdonald’s their food is always fresh they don’t take too long as most mcdonald’s I never had a problem with their eating and I’m in miamisburg and this mcdonald’s here is never sucking her eating fresh they always take for ever and all so I’ll have the small piece spacing only
