Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Yesterday, I ordered a Cactus Plant happy meal from the restaurant. When I arrived home, I found that the collectible toy was missing from the box. I had not been informed that they were out of stock at the restaurant and the mobile app indicated that it was available. I called the restaurant twice for assistance. The first person I spoke to said to come back later that day. However, when I called again before returning to the restaurant, another person advised me to call back the following day at noon to check if they had restocked the collectibles. I always find this McDonald's to be quite busy. Despite being clean, they often make mistakes with our orders. We frequently find ourselves missing items like fries, drinks, or even the toys in Happy Meals. In other McDonald's locations, the employees seem to work well together, but here everyone seems to be doing their own thing. It may be time for a new manager, or at least during the daytime shift.

I ordered inside, picked up the pager and waited at my table. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went up to the counter to see what the holdup is. They told me that it has been ready and that I should?ve just waited at the counter. Well, that?s not what thepager says, is it?

This place is always decent. Exterior and interior are usually clean. Staff are a bit hit and miss with friendly behavior. Food isn't great, but it isn't horrible either. I think the locations near Wellington Rd and Pennsylvania Ave are better though..
