Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Worst mc Donald's ever. This is a brand new location. The wife and I went through the drive through On saturday 12-17-21. They said cash only. I said okay I have cash. The young guy took our order 3 times. One at the drive up and 2 at the window. Then he said at the window that it was going to take five minutes longer it had something to do with the McMuffin machine. I said ok. It took twenty five minutes after the first ten minutes it took me to order to get our food. When we got our food it was cold. The only thing hot was my wife's coffee and me because it made me late for work. Instead of going back and complaining I just drove off otherwise I would have been even later for work. Instead...

If I could give 0 I would. I stopped by and the lobby was closed. I have a big rig, so I couldn't go through the drive through. There's a doorbell that says to ring for delivery orders. No hours posted, by the way. So I did a mobile order. Once my order was in THEN the app proceded to tell me only drive thru was available. There were 4 people in that store. Someone could answer the door! So I walked around by the drive thru. I know they can't serve me from there but I could at least ask them to go to the door. They barred the window and completely ignored me. Lately, every McDonald's has had very poor service but this is the worst. Wasted my entire break without food. Thanks for nothing. I'l...

Please done waste your money and time here. I order 2 plain cheese burgers and fries. They gave me a hot and spicy no fries . So I went back they gave me a new order and it still wasn't what I asked for. Worst McDonald's ever. There was only 2 other cars in line!

Fries were cold and had to go back through the line to get fresh fries. My burger is pink, this is not the first time this has happened. I will go to a different location before resorting to going to this one.

somehow her drive thru is very fast! and eating is hot and freshly cooked. all other propulsion thrus must learn from these great workers. so glad I don't have to wait 20 or 30 minutes. more than 5 minutes.
