I had a disappointing experience at the Friern Barnet drive-thru, which I visited after deciding against the busier Enfield location—a decision I regret. I was the only one in the queue, no one in front or behind me. Despite that, the wait time to order was about 10 minutes, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. The drinks were flat and tasted more like sugar water than soda. Our order was not only incorrect—receiving two large fries and one medium instead of three large, and Double Quarter Pounders instead of the Deluxe we ordered—but the food quality was also subpar. Bog standard McDonald's. Kept clean and tidy. It wasn't busy when we went and they had closed off the section of the restaurant which was annoying. If you wanted to be away from a table from hyperactive or crying, children to have some quiet this wasn't possible. We ordered from the computer and our food came quick. Chips wasn't very hot and tasted like they had sat there for a while. The rest of the food was fine. Toilet facilities were clean and tidy, and no bad smells like some McDonald's you go into. Worst McDonald's in my life!!! The staff except Miss Aura are not friendly at all, they are constantly dissatisfied and constantly talk like rednecks!! And the manager is generally an idiot!
