Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

got rude service thru drive thu then went back today to get order replacement order. however manager was rude we dont open until 7 just hateful as all while i have to be at work at 7 she was hateful when employee said she here to pick up a replacement was not happy the way the manager responded hateful and walked away. however thank you rana sorry if i spelled wrong but she apologize for the way employee treated me however i see why employee at 7 points act this way if they have manager that acts the same way.

My wife had a very negative experience with a younger, brunette, straight-haired in ponytail, wearing glasses manager at Wood Ave location today Fri 5/1/20 at lunchtime. This lady spoke to my wife in a harsh, rude tone, without knowing the facts--and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. My wife WILL NOT COME BACK THERE AGAIN. We can definitely find other places to eat, and won't be talked to any kind of way. Whoever the manager is, she just cost McDonald's a 30-year customer! We're out!

I paid for 2 double quarter pounder meals and recieved 2 quarter pound meals. The girl taking the order at the drive thru window was so concerned with talking over my fiance who was placing the order rather than listening to what he was saying. I wanted a shake instead of a soda so my fiance was in the middle of asking if the drink could be upgraded to a shake and she just said what to drink? I have to wait 30 minutes, only for pommes. after 30 minutes and no fries hungry. they are only restaurant with closed lobbys. mcdonald gets stupid.
