Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

this restaurant deserves no stars, with a hungry baby on the backseat we decided to do an online order instead of waiting in the long line and instead bringing the order to the car for the curb side pickup, they tell my wife to come through the long line and to the window. we come into the window and they give us the wrong order, so instead of telling us our order, they have not yet accepted our order and think that our God daughter constantly crys because she has not yet eaten well, this has just added to everything, we explained that we only wanted our money back and she tells us that we need to wait until it comes to the card.

not happy to load with this. lines were not long, but extremely slow especially the inner ones. hubby hired his order containing a coke (not a comb meal). he paid for the purchase, then the girl informed him, they had no koks. we should have insisted on our money, but were in a hurry when the slow line made us too late for a game. he said she should have told him at the time, and she didn't even react. I also only asked for an ice cream/milk. not extra I just didn't want a sugar. as they can see from the photo, they put a little coffee in a cup.

manager extremely rude. screams and screams my wife that she must not have water, even if she went to the bathroom to get it. my wife went to the car and got some. the mgr screamed during our half hour visit from behind theke. she never said anything about covid. she said my wife couldn't refill her waterglass unless she pd 44. enough to say it was very hard to eat with her screaming.

Horrible service. Stayed in line 15 minutes to order a happy meal. And then make me pull over to wait on a freaking happy meal. And have to wait another 10 minutes. I should've just got in the long line at chic fila. They would've moved faster than this mcdonald's. Pathetic!!! Horrible service!!! And extremely slow!

Buy 1 get 1 breakfast sandwich my Mcgriddle was nothing but 2 small pieces of sweet bread and nothing else,and 3sauage biscuits they were right so I guess my freebie was the 2 pieces of sweet bread.
