Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed my order through the window, but the employee was distracted and speaking in Spanish with other workers, not paying attention to my order. When I received my food, I realized that the cheeseburger had ketchup, pickles and onions (which my grandchild is allergic to) instead of just cheese, and the fries I requested were missing, with apple slices in their place. I was fortunate to have checked the burger before leaving. It's frustrating that my order was still incorrect even after I had to repeat it due to a mistake on the screen. It seems like when employees are not attentive to customers, mistakes are bound to happen.

I went last Friday night and I ordered 3 mc chickens and and a big mac and this old lady that works at the window gave me just the mc chickens and I told her that I was missing the big mac and they charged me for it, so she started yelling and saying that I had wait for 15 minutes because she was tired and wasn’t in the mood to make a big mac?

I placed an order for a sweet tea at the drive thru, when I arrived at my destination and tasted my beverage I was very surprised to taste UNsweetened tea. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.I will be taking my habitual morning drink purchases elsewhere.

I asked for unsweetened tea at the drive thru and got to my destination to find out they gave me sweet tea! Yuck!
