The staff was fine I guess, I ordered my food and pull it through the window and they said it would be a few minutes since they are cooking everything I said great my food would be hot!It only took a couple minutes I got my food and drove off I set in the parking lot and ate it but it was cold it was not one hot thing in the bagVery surprising since it supposed to be cooked while I was waitingForgot my nuggets so I thought I would call them and let them know and the phone went to voicemail and said the office is closed?Which I thought is very weird what happens if someone has a real issue?So I drove around and got my nuggets and they were not even hot either so I don’t understand what the wa...

This specific McDonald's location is possibly the worst franchise in the state. Orders are often incorrect, the staff is consistently rude, and the overall service is dreadful. I would recommend driving further away to avoid this place. It had been nearly a year since my last visit, and upon returning recently, my expectations of poor service and incorrect orders were once again met. I urge you to please choose to go to the McDonald's on Hugh Howell, just 2 miles away. Even if the food quality may not be the best, at least you will feel appreciated there.

After waiting 15 minutes patiently at the drive-thru order screen and watching the other lane take orders and go before me multiple times when the lady finally got on to the intercom ask me was I finally ready finally ready to make my order I gave her the business she caught an attitude and asked me to step inside find a problem after asking for a manager turns out that this individual who seems to be too young to be leading anybody or being control of any store seems to be the manager. Has to be the worst McDonald's ever

I witnessed an employee walk in from the street to come and work and did not wash her hands she just grabbed some gloves. The so called manager is a piece of work. Nasty attitude. I asked if they were opened on Christmas 2021 she ignored me. I was just trying to make conversation nothing big.She look like she has some personal issues. ...but the fish filets were delicious. Just them nasty nasty attitudes. Bathroom was nasty too. Overheard employees complain about working. In this day. It's a good thing to have a job. Reserve uma mesa agora

This McDonald's has terrible service. The cashier, Sidel, is clueless. I ordered a coke and they gave me a Dr. Pepper instead. When I asked to exchange it for a Coca Cola, the man refused, even though they cost the same. They were too busy listening to loud music and couldn't take orders properly. And don't even get me started on the McFlurry - they charge $3.99 for it and it's not even filled to the top of the cup. They definitely need better training. I am so dissatisfied that I will never come here again.

horrible service with rude employees. My wife was trying not to be a difficult customer and asked for a remake for a quarter pounder with cheese that they served raw. We came at 421 and returned at 509, which was a problem for them as well. The manager slammed the window in my face and said we we can’t. They did not give me a refund or did a remake. I had to go to corporate and wait for e refund request. This location needs proper training and better management.

I used to really like this McDonald’s but now I’m guessing they just hiring anyone… now the employees just r rude… well the one lady I had I said good morning and she just rolled her eyes like…. Oh yea and please cook the chicken it’s always raw when I order it

my experience in this mcdonald’s was excellent. the drive major went very fast. my food was hot and fresh. on this day I had a taste for oatmeal. if they like oatmeal mcdonald’s, have the best?. also the customer service was excellent. Reserve uma mesa agora

Every time we visit this place, the staff is highly professional and friendly. The customer service is exceptional and the food is delicious. The meals are always served hot and the service is quick. @iamatd

Worst service.Long waiting time even though I was the only customer at that time, I need to wait 15 min for coffee. On top of that, they did not put cream and sugar in the coffee, POOR SERVICE/MANAGEMENT.
