Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes to receive a two cheeseburger meal, which was not made correctly and missing toppings. Despite there being only about 5-6 people working in the kitchen, there was no clear reason for the delay. After bringing this to their attention, my food was brought out within a minute. It is unclear why some people received their food before us, especially since the dining area was not crowded. I am hesitant to return to this place in the future due to these issues.

The reviewer waited for over 30 minutes for a triple cheeseburger because the first order was mixed up. There were many others also waiting for their correct orders. An older woman with long blonde hair who delivered the food kept complaining about how she wanted to scream and couldn't wait to leave. To add to the frustration, they were no longer offering any refills. It was a frustrating experience.

I wish I could give this McDonald's 0 stars. It was the worst experience I've ever had. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and people who arrived after us received their food before us. When we finally got our food, it was badly burnt. The person handling the food seemed confused and we had to go inside to pick up our order because it hadn't been bagged yet.

This McDonald's is where new employees receive their training. They consistently have a sufficient number of staff members, and the drive-thru service is extremely fast. I prefer to visit this location over others, even passing by two additional ones, as it is the most efficient.

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic - they got the job done without any nonsense, much better than Jiffy Lube who made a mistake with my oil filter and didn't take responsibility. These guys were skilled and meticulous, I will definitely be returning. Great job!
