Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Staff is highly unprofessional lacks at their jobs discriminating, against people for being homeless. Did you not to serve the homeless people and unsatisfactory lousy and rude staff. I have never seen such pathetic unwelcoming attitude poor mentality, terrible management. The staff doesn't seem to understand regardless of what anyone does the people customers are the reasons why they have paychecks and why they have jobs. The staff member, Teresa who is harassing a homeless person needs to be fired! The the way she handled the situation was very disappointing. I have been in the hospitality and and 16 to 17 years myself. And this really is very negative.

uof. mcdonalds is about the years on the hill. these, although they prepare for eating properly, is very slow. the car ride is the slowest in the city. be ready in the line for 15-20 minutes. they are full, but still take their sweet time. if they are in a hurry, do not definitiw the place to go. the inner is in the empty. it has a strange industrial look on it with brick. not sure what the designer thought. does not feel very at mcdonalds.

stood in front of the cash register to ask if my order came through the kiosk machine. waited 15 minutes while I saw the staff talking, laughing and on their handys. only reason why they talked to me was because I got their attention. lady also forget all drinks and had to give customers their tassen about 3 times

do not order from the app for picking up orders when they are in a hurry! 15 minutes waited, went through the drive through, told me they are making it up now waiting for another 10 minutes order was cold and wrong staff is a sweat. customer service is müll!

bad! they have an advertising say u get a free **** if they don't ask for their rewards! the guy didn't ask for it, so I told my free **** he was so rude and bad to talk to me! manager was the one she didn't say! Mcdonald's owner has to get up!
